A Vision Spanning 920 Square Kilometers

Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is managed by the Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) — a joint venture between the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India.

The goal is to transform Dholera into a global center for trade, manufacturing, and innovation. With six distinct development zones — residential, commercial, industrial, knowledge & IT, recreation, and logistics — every aspect of modern urban life is meticulously planned.

Unlike traditional cities that grew organically, Dholera is being built from the ground up with smart infrastructure: underground utility corridors, ICT backbone, automated waste management, smart water grids, and a centralized command center monitoring all city systems in real-time.
